Covered Bridge Apartments

I just moved out this past weekend and my advice is not to move here. The plumbing is horrible. The increase of rent is WORSE. The charge for water and increase is insane, it comes with an advisory. The office manager is ignorant, she needs to be in a Philadelphia location.

I had an awesome experience visiting Covered Bridge. Although my work abruptly prevented me from moving in. I have to say Morine was nothing but pleasant and informative. Thanks again!

This family of 12 that moved in C has no respect for common spaces. Screaming to each other all day and night in the hallway and laundry room holding meeting in the loudest tone possible. They leave their apartment door open all the time with a baby that screams all day and night when they could just simply shut their door. The disrespect and lack of common courtesy is inhabitable for others on the floor.

This apartment sounded great, especially with what you're getting for the price. Upon meeting with Andy, the superintendent, initially I had a strange feeling about him him, but ignored it. I wish I had listened to my gut. We lived there content for half of our lease and then the issues started. Our downstairs neighbors began to complain that our CATS were making too much noise. (Which is quite funny because everyone we have told that to responds almost immediately with "Cats? Too much noise from cats?" followed by laughter.) They began to harass us through the floor boards after they complained to Andy several times. They would bang on the walls or on their ceiling so badly our whole apartment would shake.
