A friendly community with an active homeowners group. There are activities galore. The pool is outstanding and the library at the clubhouse while not extensive is well maintained. A great place to live.
Saw one of the models, the Martin. Gorgeous homes. I know someone who lives in this development and loves it. They are very happy here. Does have HOA.
I don't live here but I love this place! I operate a local housekeeping service, so I am in touch with the office staff often, who are professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely seem to care about the residents. The models and public buildings are clean, grounds are well kept and every resident I have had contact with seems happy to be there!
Dorothy has been outstanding answering all of questions. For us timing is everything. If everything works out it will be a dream come true.
My parents live here. Very nice houses.
