Maintainance is very, very slow. I have been a resident two months and still have unaddressed maintainance requests. Upon going to front office to inquire about outstanding maintenance requests, I encountered condescending attitudes. I assured the front office staff that I knew how to utilize a computer and enter a maintenance request. A Davis Update 4/3/25-the above issues are not addressed. A maintainance man came out on 3/30 and said that he would be back to repair screen door and to plug holes with foam...I am still waiting!

I absolutely am sick of this apartment complex. I guess because they have new property management, and painted the outside of it that No one was gonna notice these were the same raggedy, filthy and roach infested property complex. Honestly, I’ve moved out in October at the end of my lease and my frustration is that we are in the beginning of January and I still have not seen my security deposit back. I’m about to let lawyers deal with it because I’m so tired of them. I thought moving out would end my nightmare but here we are months later still dealing with them.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! I moved out almost 2yrs ago and I’m still waiting on my security deposit. They claim since they switched companies they can’t help me. I’ve reached out more times than I can count and still NOTHING. Aside from that, apts were nice but they suck at communication and answering the phone. So if you’re considering moving here, don’t expect your deposit back. ESPECIALLY if it’s the same staff that works there when I lived there. The only reliable person that I knew I could always count on was Alexis, wonderful woman ! I went to her & only her ANYTIME I needed ANYTHING. All I can say is … if you wanna move here, GOOD LUCK !

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! 1.) Maintenance SUCKS!!! My sink has been broken since May and they STILL have yet to even TRY to fix it. Mold is now growing and I’ve been to the office over 30 times in the last five months but the people in there (Gabrielle, Veronica, and the lady with glasses who’s name is unknown at the moment) very much tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of their face. 2.) Roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! From the second I moved in, roaches have been my roommate. No matter how clean and tidy you are, Roaches will be in attendance because they do not care to exterminate. 3.) Valet trash does not come! You will be paying for a service that you will not benefit from because these people are scammers! 4.) Attempted Murder-Suicide right infront of my apt alongs

I gave my 60-day notice to vacate, but was later told via email that I would be charged double rent for failing to give proper notice. I tried to contact management for nearly two weeks before I finally spoke with the manager. He told me he would remove the charge, but it was never taken off my account. A month later, I was informed that corporate had to be the one to remove the fee. I waited another two months, and the charge was still there. When my lease ended, the $1098 fee was immediately sent to collections. When I called the leasing office, I was told it was no longer their problem and that I had to deal with the collections agency directly.
