I want to thank Adriadna for all of the help she has provided while in living in the community. She has always been extremely helpful, communicative, and really cares about the residents. She wants you to be comfortable and satisfied and it shows.

I want to thank Ariadna for all her help since the every first day i met her i really enjoyed the tour, and i decided to move in two months ago , so far my experience at Summit Embry hills has been wonderful. Ari has gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. She even helps me pay my rent when i get taught me how to submit maintenance request through the app. Thank you for your patience anf kindness, Ariadna You truly make this community feel like Home!

Ever since the new maintenance team started at Summit Embry Hills, the property has looked amazing! Everything is cleaner and better maintained, and my work orders have been taken care of right away. It’s clear that the new team takes pride in their work — great job keeping the community looking its best!

I really enjoy living here, management are so quick with maintenance issues and are excellent at communication. The staff is lovely to work with and my neighbors are kind. There is a real community feel which I find lacking in other places I looked at.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will screw you over every chance they get. Disgusting unit, with constant roaches coming through the kitchen and bathroom. they will charge you for random things and make it so convoluted to find out what they are actually charging you for. Neighbors leave their trash out on the porch for more roaches to come around. The main office is also never there when you need them they just seem to disappear as soon as they give you a random charge. It'll take them probably like 4 days to get back to you. paying $1,100 a month expected way more but sadly this has been the worst place i've ever lived. the last 3 months of my least I avoided my apartment I would go sleep and friends and family's apartments because the neighbors will party all night into the early hours of the
