The assistant manager Jackie Bowen has been awesome since day one. She’s easy to talk to, super helpful, and actually follows through when you need something. Any time I’ve had a question or issue, she’s been quick to respond and made the process simple and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Having someone like Jackie in the office makes living at Heaven North East Apartments a much better experience. Definitely appreciate her!

From day one, this community has felt like home. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance responds promptly whenever something comes up. The apartments are spacious and well cared for, and the community is quiet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I am writing regarding a serious issue involving my vehicle being towed today, despite having received clear authorization from the office manager on duty that day prior to leaving town. On Monday- December 8th at approximately 2:00 PM, before traveling out of town and I was going to be leaving for around two months, I explained all the details about my car, I spoke with the office manager on duty, she was the only one in the office at that time and asked whether it was acceptable to leave my car parked in the outdoor parking lot while I was away. She explicitly confirmed that it was totally fine, that no permit was required for outdoor parking, and that I did not need to renew or apply for any permit. I enjoy my new apartment. The new management team made me feel welcome. Have had some maintenance issues but nothing major and they were handled pretty well
