Excellent customer service from assistant manager Johan Nunez; he helped me get the new apartment which is really cool and beautiful place to live and enjoy the view from the balcony. I am living in the Chapel Creek neighborhood around 4 years. It's a great place to live. All supermarkets and restaurants are very close to me. I do recommend to visit the area if you're looking for renting a beautiful apartment.

Terrible experience. I scheduled and confirmed a viewing, drove three hours, showed up on time, and was left sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes. I was then told that even with an appointment, I would need to wait another one to two hours to be seen. If you can’t honor appointments, don’t schedule them. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. If this is how you treat potential new residents, I want no part of it.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I stepped in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout is spacious and well-designed, allowing for both comfort and functionality. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The amenities, including a gym and a gorgeous pool , add a nice touch to my living experience. Lori, Johan and the maintenance team has been incredibly supportive and responsive, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new home and can’t wait to make lasting memories here!

I went here knowing I can get approved but yet the leasing person and the property manager both lied making up excuses as to why my application wouldn’t go through saying first that how much I made wasn’t adding up when I know I make enough, then another day tried to say I ole rent at another property, which I don’t because I’m only 22 and I never rented anything ever and my credit history is clear and good. They never ran my credit or anything and just kept making lies to not rent me the place and I’m assuming it’s because I’m African American and I started feel like I was being stereotyped which is highly unacceptable so to anyone looking to rent who is not Mexican or of latin descent I wouldn’t recommend
