Shadow Lake Apartments

I’ve been a resident at Shadow Lake apartments for almost 6 years now. I recently moved to a new apartment within the complex due to an issue with a water leak in my original apartment. This was an untimely and inconvenient situation, but Heidi the leasing manager made this process very smooth and easy for us. We were given options as to which new apartment we wanted and chose the one in our same building, literally right upstairs from the old apartment. There were a few minor issues with the new apartment that were tended to and fixed right away. The maintenance team was very polite each time They Came to my apartment for something I am much happier in the new apartment and communication with the leasing manager, Heidi has been timely, and productive. Heidy and her team are really helpful been here for a year and they do all they can for all residents

The way I’m getting treated in this complex is so insane . Management doesn’t care about your situations even if it’s their fault I don’t bother nobody . They towed my car and acting like they don’t care it’s so sad and fortunate. It’s time to look for another apartment

My experience here hasn’t been long but has been great. Heidy (The Property Manager) made the move easy for me and has helped me with any problems I’ve had in the apartment. Love seeing Geraldine’s face, she always has a smile on her face and greets me whenever I come into the leasing office. Fabiola, is the quite go getter. She doesn’t say much but works hard to make sure the property and tenants are happy. All in all, I love my apartment and so does my daughter and son. They said it feels like home. I greatly appreciate the management team. Heidy, Geraldine, and Fabiola, keep up the great work and Thank You for making my experience great.
