Maria and Lee were heaven sent when I moved into my new place a couple of weeks ago and since then I’ve needed a couple of minor repairs and the maintenance man has been on top of it.

No gate. No gym. No security. No parking. One maintenance man who is like 80 yrs old. Poor guy should be retired by now. The property is too small to have all the ac and heating issues the apts. The 1st week we got the apt. Was ok. Maintance man came by finish up some things that. We notice were not finish. But 2nd week things were falling apart. We had a leak in the water tank in the balcony. The balcony is already very small to have a 2 closets.only one can be use. Anyway the other has the tank. The door is usually locked. But it slide open and there was black mold already. Then the water was going thru the wall into the rooms. It was too much. We couldn't last 1 yr. Nice talk only goes so far. Actions needed to be taken and one man can't take care of a whole property. They take way too

I been living here for 5 years & i had a great experience living here the neighbors are quiet and calm . Maria my landlord always takes care of my needs and wants she's on point i love her ❤️ She's very sweet and understanding . The maintence guy Roberto is also a sweetheart he's always keeping our community clean and takes care of everything I love my community and plan to spend more years living here.

Mrs Maria is the literal best , she always makes sure you are good and comfortable in your home , if there are any problems which there rarely ever is the maintenance man always fixes it right away no charge !! The area is amazing peaceful quiet and no one bothers you , also you find peace and vibes on the balcony!
