The Woods Apartments

It's been just over 6 months since we moved in and I can honestly say that in every way that this place is great. The staff in the office and and the maintenance team are a breath of fresh air and all our maintenance issues we've had have been taking caring of promptly and professionally every time. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a place to rent, this is a great choice. Tell them Tim sent you, they even do referral bonuses too. Just moved in yesterday, but have to say that the Karen and Stephanie and the staff are awesome. They went above and beyond to help us find the exact apartment we needed in a kind, caring and professional way. I have called The Woods my home for 7 years. It is a very nice community, quiet and friendly. I've made lasting friendships with neighbors and the staff was wonderful to work with, Stephanie and Karen are very nice and attentive and the maintenance crew addressed any issues I had in a timely manner. The pool is nice and well maintained. The only reason I left is because I purchased a condo in the same community. If the need ever arose I would be happy to return to living in The Woods.

The Woods are a nice place to live. Karen, one of the office ladies, is very nice and easy to talk to. You can tell she definitely cares about the tenants and the apartment itself. The maintenance team are friendly as well. Spacious bedroom and living room were a bonus! If you’re looking for something spacious, close to everything but also kinda “hidden away”, and a nice team of staff, I’d recommend The Woods!

The process for applying at The Woods was painless and pleasurable. The staff is friendly, patient and very courteous. They were very attentive to my needs and helped me through the process to obtain the approval in such a timely manner. These ladies are great!

I loved my stay here. They handle everything promptly when you need help. Karen is so unbelievably kind and went above and beyond to help me. My neighbors were really friendly and kind. It was quiet and safe. Pest free, very clean. Super affordable. I would rent here again over any place in the area.
