Arbour Place Apartments

These are great apartments! The grounds are kept clean and mowed every week. Lots of great amenities. The maintenance crew is great and quick to fix anything that needs it. It’s nice and quiet. The apartments are very sound proof and you don’t at all feel like you have so many neighbors. We’ve been here 2 months and love it!

Recently toured the property and was blown away at all the beautiful amenities! The gym alone sold me and the dog park was incredible. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. It made my decision a lot easier when it came to selecting a place to live. All my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed during my tour! They even provided me with a folder at the end of my tour and it included all the information I needed to solidify my decision. My only issue is they only have one layout to choose from for the apartments but you can tell they did their homework when it comes to designing the apartments. They’re beautiful! I’m still deciding but I hope to call this place home soon❤️

I do apartment repaints at arbour place apartments and they are one of the nicest,cleanest properties ive been in. The clubhouse is amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly. Shane michael showed me the propertie when i first came here and was very helpful. The maintenance team as well.

My little family and I moved into Arbour Place last September and have loved every minute of it. Angela and Taylor have become two of my favorite people. They love on me and my son every day. Maintenance is quick and helpful, and they are always on it in the front office. Whatever you need, they’re there! The amenities are amazing. Beautiful pool, huge gym with tons of equipment. There’s a cafe for drinks and snacks that my little boy loves. We play on the playground daily and our puppy loves the dog park! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. We cook a lot so we love the spacious kitchen! The community is like a big family. Angela and Taylor host fun events all the time! We love to walk from the apartments to Kroger, Starbucks, and Crumbl cookie. It is so close to everything! Overall, our

Arbour Place is a beautiful place to live! Shane is amazing and so welcoming. The amenities are the best around. They even have a putting green area if you want to practice putting! That is unheard of!
