From the very beginning, the entire application and move-in process has been a great experience. Miss Debbie and Miss Kim went above and beyond to help get us properly squared away with approval, lease signing and move in! they have also been extremely helpful in answering all sorts of questions while our situation being a bit more complicated coming from out-of-state. They are very responsive, usually replying the same day, email or call. They’re such sweet ladies running the place. I’d also like to add that It was really nice being able to fill out a paper application and speak in person instead of everything being online or automated. I am on my 3rd year here and still very happy. Rent for my 2 bdrm is reasonable and I can have my beautiful cat Ginger. If something comes up and you need to make arrangements with the rent due date, as long as I communicate with the office staff, they work with you. When I call for service on the apt, maintenance comes pretty quickly and takes care of me. I am close to everything, grocery, gas station, restaurants and much more! I can't say enough positive things about the office staff. Honestly, there hasn't been one time that I reached out to them and they didn't treat me with care and kindness. Mayfair Apartment Homes Clean Quiet Affordable. Yes, I said, “apartment homes” because it’s as if you have your own personal home living space, because the apartment staff provides professional services whenever you have a need/problems to be repaired/corrected on a timely manner even during the weekends. That speaks volumes to Mayfair’s professionalism, and I haven’t even spoken of the quietness/affordable living especially in this part of Jeffersonville. It’s worth your money and family to grow up in a safe and clean environment/community. This is my second stay in this community after I sold my house for 20 years and now I’m back - 4 years, during Covid and building a savings to eventually move into another new home - in Florida. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Mayfair Apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was fixing my door to servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their properties to any individuals looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Mayfair Apartments it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!
