The Jeff on 10th

I went and toured Jeff on 10th this past week and Bryan was amazing. He helped make sure that all my concerns at my previous apartment would not be issues here and took me on a tour of the entire complex. He even showed me a few different units so that I could figure out what space I wanted most. He even then helped me get everything organized so that I was to apply and get my keys within 3 days! I am so excited to live here and call this place my home!

Love living here! Everyone is so friendly from day one of seeing the apt. We love the dog park, pool and grilling areas. Easy to pay rent etc and the fact the doors are locked is nice safe feeling for those living alone. My fiancé and I love it here! The valet trash is a nice added bonus.

My husband and I lived here for almost three years and for the most we loved it! We decided to part ways recently after we bought our first home and now they’re demanding over $700 dollars for the small damages or whatever in the apartment we left. We were never made aware of no more deposits at the Jeff even tho we did give them deposit money for us and pet deposits. So if you don’t wanna get screwed over and get charged for every single thing the place isn’t worth it no more. The Jeff isn’t what it used to be when we first moved there, especially after Len left.

Rachel was kind enough to take me on an extensive tour of the facility during my recent visit to The Jeff. I was quite impressed with the complex, but even more impressed with Rachel. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the property, and business expertise are surpassed only by her warmth and hospitality. The Jeff hit a home run when they brought her on board. I will definitely recommend a visit to The Jeff (WITH Rachel) to anyone interested in renting a place around the Louisville area.

Rachel, Darren, and staff were so welcoming my first visit to the property. The staff is incredibly hospitable and informative. The office and amenities are so very beautiful and well maintained. If they're this great to contractors, I can only imagine how well they manage the property and treat their tenants!
