The Slate

We've been here two years and we always have the cutest events!! I had just mentioned it was Smores weather to my husband last week. I look out my window last night to find a smore station and lots of fun neighbors around the firepits! Such fun! *I asked everyone pictured including their parents, if I could post their pictures for this review*

So happy I got the chance to see this place! Reminding at the top of our list. The manager Taylor and her assistant Loucinda are so helpful and very kind. Happy we got to work with them!

Naz was amazing during my tour! She answered every question I had before I even asked, provided examples, and we even viewed multiple units because I couldn’t decide what number of rooms. The community amenities were amazing and the units are very spacious. 5/5!

This property is very nice. The apartments are very spacious compared to other places. The staff is great and very prompt when resolving issues. The location is great very close to interstates, shopping and restaurants. 100% recommend

If I could give it a negative star I would. First they give me an ADA apartment (I have twins) and also not handicap. It was not documented on the application when I applied. So then they rush job an apartment that took 5 days. I move in apartment mind you I’m told the apartment is freshly cleaned and carpets cleaned. WRONG!! Cleaning lady gets called back out the next day because it’s so dirty. Then after waiting 24hrs for my carpets to dry i vacuum them before putting my bed together and what do you know also disgusting. This place is a joke. Paying over 1400 dollars for what!? I don’t recommend. Update: when I made this review I was very upset with everything that was transpiring. With that being said after talking and working with the property manager (who I love by the way) every iss
