My realtor went overseas on a vacation. She put one of her colleagues and tell me he knew the business . Now my problem with that is he stood back and did absolutely nothing. If it wasn't for me, the seller. the deal would have fell through. He didn't inform the buyer of anything about the house. He proceeded to let me the seller. Explain every question that the buyer asked. A realtor I'm speaking about leaned over on my bar. Let me walk around with the perspective Buyers of the house and he stood there and did absolutely nothing but yet I had to pay him thousands of dollars to stand there and look stupid but as the seller I actually sold my own house. TANNER PARKES SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED TO RENOVATE DOG HOUSES! Update: 11/5/2025: In the process of addressing the rotten wood problem, I found this two days ago. Who installs plumbing on the OUTSIDE of insulation? No wonder my pipes freeze; even with water dripping. Pictures attached! DO NOT TRUST TANNER PARKES RENOVATIONS! Tanner Parkes was the seller/agent for a home he had "renovated" and sold, to me, in 2021. So far, I have spent 70 thousand dollars repairing shotty work on the home he described as 'fully updated." In March, 2025, I discovered a roof leak which revealed new siding was placed over rotten wood and the siding was not installed correctly. Now, all the siding has to be removed in order to assess and fix the house properly. This is the last straw for me! Plumbing, electric

I am not one to leave bad reviews however I feel this may help other people. We bought our house last year. There was information we tried to get access to (that is in our contract) and was told by the sellers realtor that he would not help us that we needed to seek an attorney. I later found out that the information was lied about after speaking to the company that installed said item. It seriously would have taken 2 phone calls to figure it out! If I could give any advice it would be have a little more compassion. I do have screen shots of the sellers realtor saying this and I can give the contact info of said company that informed us of all the information. Don't waste your time if you are buying land to put a manufactured home on. You will find absolutely no dedication to the customer. They have their own interests in mind and because it's a "process" they try to talk you out of it entirely. We had to find details and call around for information about the property we were looking at. Per the covenants nothing is stopping us from putting a manufactured home on the site; however, since it is a subdivision our agent was convinced someone would file a lawsuit. I even told them I would gain a judges approval and ruling over the covenants given to me to ensure we could put the home there and keep it there. Yet I was informed by our agent he was referring us back to our builders to have them help us instead of him because he's afraid of a lawsuit.
