The Woods Apartments

Though I do not know about how it is living here, I can only imagine how it's ran. Gary Burke is a very rude and impatient man. He stopped me at a stop light, noticing I had some scrap metal on my trailer. He yelled for my attention and we exchanged numbers. He explained over phone that he was needing a reliable scrap metal haul off service, and that's exact what I provide. I explained to him that I can get his items on my schedule. Today being a busy day, he was being very impatient and kept spam calling me over and over and over. My assistant explained to him that we were busy and that he has to wait, he then got irate with us and started cussing when we told him the items had to be out of the apartments for us to get them. The most disgusting place you could ever stay! Roaches are everywhere! Black mold growing, and no working appliances. I unfortunately had livid here, and they don’t take care of anything. We had a leaking air conditioner where the so called “maintenance man” came to work on. He said that it was fixed but it was not. Thinking it was safe to stay there only caused more issues that put me and my son in the hospital. Trash is everywhere, literally saw a man peeing off his porch in front of children!! I would not recommend that anyone stay here due to it not being a safe place! This place has a law suit coming!!!

I am visiting with my sister in law. Very rude management and security "night watch" older man. My fiance politely asked him to not shine his flashlight or pulse his flashlight in our direction because of my epilepsy. He repeatedly flashed and pulsed his light in our direction. Tonight I went outside to grab something from the car he saw me and proceeded to pulse his very BRIGHT flashlight. Just overall experience is terrible. Only giving a star because I have to in order to leave a review.

Visiting a friend, they told me their air conditioning unit has been dripping condensation from the ceiling for weeks. You’d think management would want to deal with problems like this that will ruin their finishes, but could also cause them legal issues if mold starts to form in the drywall.
