Everyone we have worked with at Al Couto homes has been amazing. From the very beginning of our home building process to the end. Sarah in the office, James, Paul. They have been accommodating and worked with us through every step of the way. And the house is GORGEOUS. The kitchen, the closets, so many small details that we would have never thought to add but make a huge difference. We can’t wait to start making memories in our new home!

As an engineering firm, it's always great working with a builder that wants to do things the "right" way. Al Couto is one of those builders. They go above and beyond and have a great product!

Two years ago, we looked at numerous homes of different builders in Granbury, Texas but could not find what we were looking for until we walked into an Al Couto home. The luxury, appearance and attention to detail of this home got our attention very quickly. We met Mr. C. McKinley and had a question-answer session for 20-30 minutes. He allowed my wife and I to look at the home privately for a good 30+ minutes. By the time we locked the front door our mind was made up. He made us feel extremely comfortable and assure us anything we did not like he would get it fix. His professionalism and honesty were an added bonus that sealed the deal with purchasing the home.
