I served as a US Marine for numerous years, I have a high expectation of professionalism, not to be confused with a stuffy lack of personality and easily offended feelings. I also have a degree in geology and familiar with other environmental sciences. In 2017 we chose to work with Wendy as our realtor. She was both warm and friendly while competent, diligent, and willing to put in the work. I had a very specific list of expectations for our home. Not only did I compare locations with tornado reports, earthquake fault lines, sediment compositions, buy also things like economic reports, registered offender lists and historical records of the property. Wendy remained patient through the entire process. Our home had to check a lot of boxes, including character, history, quality and space.

Wendy listed some land we decided to sell and she was very accommodating to our schedule. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to ask for her help again in the future.
