Gardens of Decordova

I love living here! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The grounds are mowed and trimmed regularly. If you have any problems, Lori, Amy, and Rob are quick to take care of them. I love that I have my space but I have neighbors close by to help. Conveniently located near grocery stores. My dog and I enjoy walking around the area meeting other dog owners.

My husband and I have lived in the Gardens of DeCordova for about six weeks now and couldn't be happier about our experience here. The grounds are so well kept; it is quiet, peaceful and enjoyable. There are all kinds of daily fun activities to participate in if one so chooses and we have met the nicest people at those events. I cannot give enough compliments to the staff who are so considerate, willing to help, no matter what the request. Amy , Laurie and Rob are simply sensational and are a strong asset in making this lovely place a home no one would ever want to leave. Nancy Lyde, resident since July 2, 2025

What a great choice my husband and I made to move to The Gardens of DeCordova. We are so happy here❤️ My husband loves sitting on the front porch. Amy, Laurie, and Rob have all been so nice and helpful. Beautiful landscaped and well taken care of every week. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We’ve been here since 2019 and love our neighborhood! People are friendly, made plenty of friends, enjoy many of the activities several days of the week. Many neighbors have animals, none are disruptive, it’s also quiet in the evening and nighttime. Management’s awesome!! Amy, Laurie and Rob. Come and join us!!
