Dolce Vita Lakeside

This review is long overdue! We've been living in DV for 6 months and are truly living the Sweet Life. Everything is new (appliances included) and the rents are very affordable considering the amenities. Allison and Lynda have been incredibly kind and professional throughout. We're very pleased to call Dolce Vita, home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our apartment managers, Allison and Lynda. From day one they have been professional warm and incredibly attentive. Anytime an issue comes up no matter how small. Allison and Lynda respond quickly and make sure it’s resolved with care and attention to detail. What truly sets them apart is their genuine dedication to the community. They remember residence by name, check-in regularly and consistently go above and beyond to make the property feel like home. The building is always spotless maintenance request or handled promptly, and communication is clear and proactive. I have lived at Dolce Vita since July .. I must say I'm so happy here! The Office Staff is WONDERFUL! Both Ladies are so knowledgeable and helpful .. seriously! I love them! Don't even get me started on our maintenance man Josh! Always ready to help!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I must tell you if you’re looking for a place to live, Dolce Vita is hard to beat The management is terrific. The lobby …the entire complex is just beautiful. I don’t think you’ll ever go wrong deciding to make Dolce Vita your home.

Dolce Vita is “home” to me, mostly because of the beautiful new facility and the welcoming community. The management team is A-1 and all staff is professional and responsive to my requests. Moving here from Florida a year ago has been an excellent decision!
