I have received no response at all — no reply to my emails and no returned phone calls or voicemails. Given the amount of sensitive information required in a rental application, the complete lack of communication is very concerning and feels like a red flag. If a leasing office cannot respond to applicants at the very beginning of operations, it raises serious questions about professionalism and data handling. I would advise others to proceed with caution ⚠️

They not letting low income, high income or basically people with jobs live there. You have to be below the poverty line, have dependents, no criminal history and no negative items on your credit score. This is a tax credit community. You have to have a small income, good credit and no history.

I every time I went on to Newtowne drive off of skippers Lane I see the construction site and it looks like a landmark to me kind of technically y I'm not kidding
