I live at the 141 complex. And I have missed 3 doctors appointments my 80 year old mother has miss her appointments as well we both have serious balance issues she uses a walker as well. all because the maintenance workers half ass cleaned the sidewalk days after the storm hit

If I could give a zero star, I would. This is the worst place ( Rolling Glen) I have ever lived in. People keep stealing and uprooting my tomatoes and other vegetables in my outdoor garden. My bike cover got stolen, there are no cameras anywhere in this complex. Now things keep disappearing from my apartment. I have lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of things from my apartment, including a brand new bag worth over $140. My apartment was not broken into, someone with keys came in and stole those things. Whoever they are have been stealing from me gradually for a long time, they start with the things they know you will not notice, they have also stolen clothes from my closet, things from my kitchen, bathroom, living room. I called the rental office and was only met with disresp

Westover saves money by hiring maintenance crew that arent trained to fix things. My sink was fixed half ass. After a major leak down my hallway and in my light fixture, they did not dry the area with a fan nor did they offer to clean my carpet from the dirty dishwasher that leaked above me. They only sprayed a stain and odor trap spray and didn't think about the other side with the drywall and how mold spreads in a moist dark place 🤦‍♀️ now I'm getting sick and if nothing is done I'll reach out to the local news. I also emailed management about cigarette butt's on the ground from an upstairs neighbor who tosses them off their balcony. No communication was given back nor did they have anyone clean them. Disgusting.

So I was told today since these trucks could park wherever they wanted since THEY own the land, the street, and the no parking sign. My lease is up in August. They just made my decision that much easier to leave.

Elevator 3 months broke.Landscaping. trash open door 6 months. Cardio machine gym.7 months broke.and I just ask for fix.because comunite .pool lot trash of dry live.and office manager don't like residents talk about.
