Apartment 101 D is uninhabitable. I had roaches throughout my entire stay. I never bought furniture due to the roach problem since day 1. The managers knew about the problem When I had moved in, promised me it would be taken care of and broke their promise. I cleaned non stop and still had roaches until the last day I moved out. I terminated my lease 6 months into living there. The apartment smelled terrible as well no matter what I did to try to make it smell better. I had plenty of other issues and the maintenance team half took care of them. Never anything I put in a request for ever got fixed the right way. My front door and patio door were accessible from the outside, they never fixed. I have the maintenance ordered asking for them to be fixed as well. My upstairs neighbors dryer ven

We moved in the Wesley apartments at 122 riverstone ct, just before the willows, in April 2025. Ever since we moved in we have complained about the dog poop. It’s so severe that people step in it and wipe their feet on our rug in front of our door. We are on bottom floor just in front of parking. Suppose to be 2 cars per apartment.we have 1 vehicle. Spaces are not marked. If we come in after 7:00 pm we have to park down the hill from our apartment and walk. We have talked to them for almost a yr about the dog crap. They just keep saying that people have the right to walk where they want. Last summer I killed 22 flies in one day due to dog poop and it so close to our apt. The smell is sickening and our 4yr old grandson can’t even play on porch from smell. They tell me we have to take pictu

I’m so HAPPY to be somewhere, where I’m not just a rent payment. I’m older and healths not so good. But any and everything I needed help with or didn’t understand my girl ( yes, she is my girl now ) Madison Paul the Assistant Community Manager walked me right through ! AND believe you me … I had a great deal of questions !! If all the rental properties with The Wesley group has a Madison working for them. They will stay full up !! I LOVE MY NEW PLACE !!! Madison is the greatest and very helpful in all Departments of what we need. She always is very responsive contacting us back if we have questions regarding the apartment.

This place, absolutely stinks, I would avoid it all costs. They shut off water at random times, and charge you monthly pest fees, for no reason, I never once had a pest service show up to my apartment. I had German roaches crawling all over my apartment, and I vacuumed daily and wiped down counters and tried everything in my power to keep them from being there. I then moved out and they charged me random fees from a month. I didn’t live there. Months after I had already moved out, and when I asked could give me no actual reason as to why I owed them fees beyond what they said, I owed them when I moved out. It’s ran by a Scummy company and I definitely would not recommend anybody live there. They may have competitive prices, but it’s not worth dealing With them. Believe me I tried my best.
