Easley Mill Lofts

My family and I've been greeted with open arms. Property managers Meredith and Christine have been wonderful. Meredith assisted us through the application and leasing process with clear communication, helpful guidance, and patience. Christine accommodated our requests and worked around our timeline. The lofts are gorgeous, spacious, well-maintained, and modernly upfitted. It's maintenance staff (John) are friendly and fast. The amenities are an absolute bonus. We are oh so happy to be here!

We’ve been renting at Easley Mill Lofts for over 2.5 years and have had a great experience. The apartments feature beautiful high ceilings and large windows, creating a bright, open space filled with natural light. Appliances and fixtures are above standard, in great condition, and very energy-efficient. The property offers a wide range of amenities all within one building—including a gym, mailroom, library, and office spaces—which is especially convenient on rainy days. There’s also a clubhouse near the pool with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a small theater, adding to the community feel. Easley mill lofts is definitely the best apartment I leased from. The girls in the office are always available to ask questions and never make me feel bothersome when I call or come in! The maintenance is friendly and they are wonderful with making sure the property is kept up. The gym is by far the nicest I’ve seen at any apartment. But my favorite thing of all is just the apartments themselves. The whole building is historical and it’s so beautifully preserved. Definitely would recommend this place a thousand times over for anyone’s wanting to live in the easley area!

The apartments at Easley Mill Lofts are amazing! They are spacious, with large windows and high ceilings! The property manager, Christine, is so sweet! She's been a great help since we moved in, teaching us about things to do around Easley and places to visit nearby. She's been super helpful throughout the move-in process and making sure everything was ready for us to move in on time. The apartment building has key card access, which makes me feel safe here. They allow pets, lots of cool amenities.... Close to Clemson and Greenville, and of course downtown Easley... You can't ask for a better location! I'm excited to live here for many years to come!

Easley Mill Lofts has huge gorgeous apartments with high ceilings and lots of cool touches. I love the bits of the historic old mill incorporated into the design and decor. Christine and Meri are really attentive and accommodating to residents. The whole vibe is boho industrial, relaxing and fun. It's super close to The Silos and downtown Easley, and a quick straight drive to either Clemson or downtown Greenville so the location is awesome!
