Glen Brook of Easley

Living at Glen Brook was so refreshing from previous apartment living experiences. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Karen is the finest apartment manager I’ve met, who always has the tenants’ best interest in mind. Maintenance is a breeze- Eric is always around to help and if something breaks, you can count on it getting fixed in a timely manner. The location is convenient to so many places and the apartments are spacious. A great place to make your home!

Let me start off by saying the owner is a wonderful human. He’s so sweet and genuinely cares about his tenants, and it shows. The units themselves are spacious, and the rent is fair. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better location, either. Being right near 123 and even 85, with everything I could need within a 5 minute drive, it’s amazing. Glen, the neighborhood cat, is also a big plus. The tenants here are all super kind, and look out for one another. It’s definitely a community amongst the residents here. I will say, the reason for my lack of true five stars was simply due to the way things were handled when a really major problem arose. There was lack of communication among many other things. However, the maintenance team, especially Eric, is wonderful. They respond and fix the issue r

Glen brook is a very nice apartment complex. Very quite community. The place is always well up kept. Karen is by far the best apartment manager I've come across. Always makes sure you have everything you need. Maintenance is the best I've ever seen. You never have to worry about something not being fixed on time. Shout out to Eric you're awesome!

This complex is so quiet and safe. Karen the leasing manager is very kind and will help you when needed. Eric the maintenance technician is always willing to help and gets the job done and quickly! Lawn care is always great and amenities are great also. Highly recommend this place to live and glad to call Glenbrook home! Location is also very convenient being close to Clemson , Powdersville and Greenville. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores.

Words cannot express our gratitude to management and maintenance of Glen Brook Apartments. Our family has lived there for almost two years. We must relocate out of state and will miss our lovely, well maintained community. Kudos to the team at Glen Brook for making our apartment community a "home."
