Ridge at Rolling Hills Apartments

Reagan was a great guide for the apartment complex and answered all my questions. It was new, clean, and up to date. That's why I ended up deciding to move in.

I LOVED living here. This was one of, if not the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The buildings are nice, the community is kept clean, maintenance is friendly and works quickly, and the office staff is incredibly helpful and nice as well (specifically Raegan, she is the BEST)! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

Living here is beyond my expectations. Friendly neighbors, professional staff, and grocery stores are almost at the front door. The rental process was smooth and fast, I probably do not have anything to complain about. Great deals with promotions in such a location like this. Once there was a beehive on the balcony, as quickly as they could the maintenance team came and removed the hive away. But the bee keep coming back I dont know why :( might send another maintenance request soon. It's very convenient and comfortable to live here. This place might pay for 5 stars reviews. Some accounts are questionable. This place is not 5 stars. You have a 1/10 chance they will answer the phone. We were in a brand new apartment, and the quality was just overall bad. It looked really nice at first glance, but once you live in it you can see how cheap everything is. The doors will completely fall of the tracks because of the cheap material. All the doors will need a door stop because of how unlevel they are, they won't stay open. Don't ever step where the carpet and fake wood flooring meet, the installers left all the pins/nails up. The wooden stairs sound like they can give in at any second with how worn out they are already, and it's only a few years old. If you look in-between the wood planks, you can find a bunch of nails that w
