The Waylon Desert Haven Apartments

I have lived at North Country Club Apartments for 5 years. The thing I loved most about living there was the landscaping. As soon as you step into the inside of the complex, you see lots of green grass, huge old trees, and lots of bushes. And the grounds are always very well kept. There's a great pool, too. I just loved Stephanie, the Manager. She is very kind and respectful to everyone. She really cares about the tenants and made us feel right at home!

If it weren’t for the landlord Stefanie on being so patient and understanding I would have been gone a long time ago! Property management works very closely with you on any financial hardships and works with you the best way they can as long as you communicate. I also love how they keep up on the cleanliness and maintain the outside of the complex. My 5 stars mainly goes to Stefanie though she is an amazing person and provides quick responses when it comes to anything!!

l absolutely Love living here, Stephanie the Office Manager is Awesome she is on top of everything and resolves any issue immediately. The grounds are well maintained laundry room is very clean and l feel safe living here. It’s a small apartment complex quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Horrible! Paper thin floors, trash and dumpsters overflowing and not to mention the abandoned vehicles parked taking up parking spaces. If you want piece and quiet this place ain’t the place for you.

I lived there for a year and I can honestly say Travis is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had! I really felt at home. The neighbors are really nice and the apartment is well taken care of as well! I never felt uncomfortable being outside at night. I would recommend to anyone I know to live here!
