Patrick was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. We had to deal with a very difficult seller, and Patrick stayed very calm and professional even through some weird encounters with the residents living in the basement. You want him on your side. He is professional and an expert in his field who operates with the utmost integrity. Every seller wants the maximum $ amount they can get for their home. I interviewed several agents, and picked Patrick hands down. His understanding of the marketing, such as strategic placement of digital ads, as well as the pricing of waterfront property was key to my selection (one agent suggested a listing price of $350,000 less than Patrick’s). My home sold in about 2 months, at $50,000 above Patrick’s list price. I highly recommend Patrick!
