The Villas at Channel Islands

I have lived here for 3 years, and I have enjoyed it so far. The community here is nice and the previous manager Tina and the newest manager Kalvin have treated me with respect and kindness. The neighbors here are also very nice, and I’ve never had any problems here. I recommend anyone who is apartment searching to check this place out.

We’ve been living here for awhile and I may say I found the best apartment close to my work and nearby stores.The management is approacheable and if I had concerns and problems with my unit It was resolved instantly.The new manager too is so nice and accomodating.Service is good

Apartments are new and updated. The 2 bedroom was spacious enough. They aren't open about the cost or fees associated with living here. There is 1 small jacuzzi and a small fitness center. It is next to a recycling center and sketchy old super market. There is no guest parking and garages are shared. Outdoor patio space is tiny. This is in a very sketchy part of oxnard and the gate to the Apartments is literally easy to climb. I saw 2 people do it when I was there. People also air bnb the Apartments so lots of traffic in and out. The wall seperating the apartments from the supermarket parking lot is too low for comfort.

People park in 9ther people's parking spots they don't do anything about it it is wrong how do you deal with that

Very professional I am pleased with the out come so far from this complex and community. Tina is the manager and is always there answer questions and is very on top of everything.
