The Village at Sun Valley Apartments

So, my first time in an apartment complex in over 40 years. I was nervous and had no idea what to expect and this was definitely not it! This place is so nice and peaceful. I’m excited to get unpacked and set my balcony up to enjoy the beauty! Also want to mention that office staff was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Danielle, she made it easy and calmed my fears more than once! Thank you so much Dani for helping us! We look forward to many years here!

We just moved in here and Dani and Kat in the office made this as seamless as possible! They were warm and welcoming and answered ALL of the questions that we had, and trust me, I had A LOT! In and getting settled and I already love it!

The village at sun valley is Hands down, the BEST place I have ever lived at. It is very peaceful and quiet here. I feel safe and content. The apartment is spacious and roomy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. My daughter and I feel at home here. Maintenance really goes above and beyond to help assist with any services needed. I've enjoyed talking to the maintenance workers as they have needed to come by from time to time. They are really friendly and a breathe of fresh air in the morning. Not only do they provide a superior outcome with services, they're great company to have around. The front office staff is quick to respond to any concerns/ answer questions. They are very professional, kind, and genuine. From phone calls to in- person interactions, I can tell they truly care about

I feel so welcomed to the community. I have my own peace. Neighbors are friendly. Staff has been friendly and professional at all times. I like my living space.

Frankie is a lifesaver he is very swift and polite and extremely professional. I’m not saying the other maintenance men aren’t awesome but he truly one of a kind. You need the job done prompt and precise and professional, he’s your guy.
