⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of calling Appian Way Apartments my home for over five years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. From day one until the day I moved out, this community provided me with comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. The location is unbeatable—just one mile from Easton, giving you access to some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment Columbus has to offer, while also being only about 15 minutes from the airport. It’s the perfect mix of accessibility and comfort, tucked away enough to feel like home but close enough to everything you could ever need. The property itself is meticulously maintained. The grounds are always kept in beautiful condition, giving a warm and welcoming feeling every time you come

Walls are so thin. Tub creeks, apartment smelled of animal because vents probably were never cleaned. Super outdated even with updates. Upon moving out all my stuff smelled of cigarettes. That's 3rd hand smoke I been living in for a year and a half not willingly with a child and couldnt smell it... People in the neighborhood are weird. Just was a weird time. The land lady is nice however and inviting.

This place is an unpleasant place to leave you better no complain about repairs because they won't spent a dime on them. My best friend move a couple months ago and he got hot water issues and the front lady who I assumed is the manager told him that was normal and it was related with the AC-heather in order to do nothing about it. Weeks have been through and finally she told him they can't fix the water heater because there are not parts to fix it. And then they refused to change the whole unit. The whole family including a 3years old boy has been showering with cold water for a month during winter time. This is unacceptable and they should be pressuit legallly. Since the tenant is a foreign family I wonder if we are talking about a bias case here.

I lived here for a year before I had to move for work. Otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. Friendly staff, well kept. My apartment was in good shape. I didn't have any real issues. Would have liked a pool or some other amenity, but not a deal breaker. I liked having washer and dryer hookups for myself. It was nice being close to Easton and the neighborhood was good. I felt safe living there. Overall, I would recommend.
