The Verandah at Lake Pointe

I love living in this quiet, wooded complex. Yuliana, the manager and Allison, the leasing agent are wonderful. They've been nothing but kind and welcoming I don't have any problems with maintenance requests, that are entered online, at the resident portal. I saw a complaint that stated maintenance is slow. However, I'm not having that issue. I live facing the resort pool. I love my apartment with us tall ceilings, it's well laid out and I'm very happy here. I have found them to be very caring and actively involved with everything that concerns me. Thank you Yuliana, Allison and the maintenance for making me feel cared about.

As other have mentioned the staff is exceptional! Staff and maintenance are usually a gripe in reviews for apartments complexes. Not here! When we toured the complex we could tell Ms. Yuliana was good with kids . She made us laugh and the application process was seamless. Once my husband wanted to go swimming and the pool happened to be closed to repair a light, she contacted him directly as soon as it was finished( maybe an hour later) to let him know it was now open for swim. They host pool parties which my little one loves and its family friendly, no inappropriate music or behavior. Its always a good time. You will see Ms. Yuliana and Ms.Allison greeting the residents at the pool. They make this place feel like home which can be hard to do with a bigger property . The pool is always cl

I’ve been at Verandah for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty good place to live. The complex looks nice and clean grounds and lots of trees, and the pool area is actually one of the better ones I’ve seen around here. The gym and clubhouse are solid too. My apartment itself is real big and has a nice layout with good closet space and a little patio I actually use. Good value for the area.

Among all the great Office staff member, I especially want to praise Yuliana. Her positive attitude, her attention to detail, her upbeat and energetic character always make such a great interaction every time we see her! She’s great with our kids, always smiling and joking with them and they love it whenever they see her! That’s what makes this place so pleasant to stay at in comparison to others - it’s people like her that make it so welcoming and heartwarming! Thank you Yuliana! Keep up the great work!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, and the apartments are spacious and nicely designed. Management and maintenance are friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The location is convenient and overall it’s a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it.
