The Vale Apartments

Renter beware This apartment complex advertises on their website that they have luxury amenities. This is extremely misleading because they share the same property management with 2 other apartment complexes next door. These other complexes are old, run down, and poorly maintained. You will be sharing the community amenities that belong to the other complexes. The “luxury” amenities are run down and in the type of condition you may expect for a cheap, old apartment complex. You are supposed to be paying for high end amenities and they are misleading people on their website.

Jodi, the Assistant Property Manager, was diligent and attentive, ensuring every detail was handled for a smooth move‑in. Daniella was efficient, clear, and consistently prompt in her communication. Thanks to their teamwork and compassionate customer focus, the family was able to move in within a week. The property’s flexibility with short‑term leasing and insurance claims made the process effortless. We highly recommend this property for their professionalism and care.

This is a brand-new apartment, but the build quality is very poor for the price. The materials feel cheap, the walls and floors are thin, and noise from neighbors is frequent. Cabinet hardware has fallen off, shelves have collapsed, the shower head is awful, and hot water takes too long. The only positive is that the women in the leasing office are very nice and professional. Overall, it’s not worth the rent and I’ll be moving out when the lease ends.

Beautiful property. Took a tour with one of the leasing girls in the office and I was VERY impressed. Their clubhouse is beautiful, the gym is HUGE, and the apartments are STUNNING. This is definitely what I’m looking for, and I can’t wait to submit an application. I feel confident in making this community my next home.
