Great apartment community. Managements team is very kind and respectful for all the residence. On campus maintains team who can help for any maintains issues on time. Also they host Summer party this year, which was awesome. Great area for kids to play around. I was living in ELMS for more then 5+ years and I am very happy with Management & Maintains team.

The place is good, maintenance is good, people around you are good. The only problem is security for cars our car tires got stolen in summer 2023 today 2024 Jan our car got stolen along with another car. Office confirmed that they will install a gate after the first incident summer 2023, but till now they aren't. Because of their negelence lot of car, theft is happening here.

I’m in my 4th year here, haven’t dealt with the office staff much since move in but the few times I’ve put in maintenance tickets Dan and/or Ray usually investigated the same day and resolved the issues quickly as well. I’m on the fourth floor so can’t speak to the sound insulation of the floors but the walls do a good job providing sound insulation. One of my adjoining neighbors has a kid and I can occasionally hear exclamations and thuds from playing but it’s not overly bothersome. Neighbors are pleasant but mostly keep to themselves. They do regular pest inspections with traps and preventative treatments, I once saw a mouse in the hall and have seen a single cockroach in my kitchen so there is certainly not a pest “problem” here. Apartment is good and maintenance is good as well, but ZERO Safety especially for your cars. In last couple of months, couple of cars lost all it's wheels, a car got stolen, a car was vandalized. It has become a hub for car thieves, and when they renew the lease they raise the rent to 100+$, very expensive and insecured place to live in

We stayed in ELMs Apartment from 2021-2024. Its a great community to move in family. Children will love the place as they have space / ground for playing soccer, volleyball. Leasing office organizes celebrations for community during different occasions. There are also senior citizens living there. Maintenance team is also really good people who will advice the right way of usage and best practices to follow during usage of appliances or functionality of utility devices. Outdoor swimming pool, gym, indoor recreation room for playing ping pong /Table Tennis, Air hockey large board, Tablets installed in consoles for general use for kids and also for hosting private parties.
