Pros: -Maintenance is wonderful, fast and responsive. -Reasonably clean. -The neighbors have all been lovely, and parents all help each other out. -Pretty quiet. Lots of families with kids that go to bed early. Cons: -ROACHES. It is awful. The 5th floor doesn't have them apparently, but the 2nd floor is crawling with them. To their credit I don't know how much more they can do than having pest control come and treat the whole building. But pest control has been to our apartment 5 times in a year, and each time they come you have to empty all of the cabinets in the apartment and remove the outlet plates. You get a few days notice via paper stuck in the door and it can't be rescheduled - the one time I wasn't ready, I was threatened with an eviction notice. -Every notice from management fee

Love my apartment it's so spacious bedrm is huge enough fr king size bedrm, close walkin, kitchen big enough to pt small table of 2 chair & still hv Rm enough for u to roam around it in ur walker if u have a walker rollator, living Rm gd space /dinning table area is gd, bt every unit is different. Also lots of store & grocery store very near by, also pool & gym tht I never use blue to my handicap issues, Absolutely Lv it 💜🫶🏽
