The Glenbrook at Rocky Hill

I just moved out and will really miss this place. One of the things that drew me to Glenbrook is the layout. They own an expansive amount of acreage directly across from a golf course. There are paved trails that go throughout the property and end by a lovely little pond. My dogs and I loved it. The trails are all well-lit, so I had no problem walking alone at 5am. Management and building maintenance were fabulous. I personally never had an issue with either. Any work orders were promptly addressed the same day. Gary and Andres are the best. Jill and Sam in the office are always so kind and responsive to emails. Snow was always cleared quickly and the pool was awesome and well maintained. I think the reviews about the hot water must be old.. I never had a single issue with water turning

If I can give this complex zero stars I would, absolutely worst place ever! I cannot stress enough how terrible management is and how rude they are! During this current snow storm they refused to have the plow come and plow more after they left several feet of snow in the road and all in parking spots not to mention blocking your cars in completely and making it impossible to get your car out and to work safely! Called to complain and ask for plow to come back as this is a Hazard got told the plow guy is off mind you Monday after the nor’easter, Then got hung up on! I never would recommend this complex to anyone!

Wonderful apartment complex — couldn’t have asked for a better place to live for the past two years! Compared to other locations I looked at in the area before finding the Glenbrook, you won’t find anything like it and for such an affordable price! The apartment itself was great, plenty of space in a two bedroom. Rarely ever had issues and the two times I ever put in a maintenance request, they were knocking on my door first thing the next morning! The property is always well maintained (Parking lot is cleared within hours during snow storms!) There is an outdoor and indoor pool with small gym attached. Lovely, family friend place to live. All my neighbors were always super friendly and very considerate. The staff at the leasing office are the best! Always so kind and helpful. Great loc

I spent three years at Glenbrook Apartments and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was all I could ask for and more. It was quiet, spacious and reasonably priced. The staff at Glenbrook were always helpful and receptive to any questions or concerns. I will miss living there and highly recommend Glenbrook Apartments!

Ive loved living here! Great location, quiet area. Lots of families. Has a beautiful walking trail, 2 pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor) and a gym! Maintenance comes promptly whenever there is an issue. Leasing office staff are always friendly and communicative. There have been fun family activities done by staff (Easter Egg hunt, Summer ice cream social with ice cream trucks/pizza trucks).
