I don’t like to make negative statements, I will like this to be more as constructive criticism/opinion, I am not a tenant at any of this apartment properties, a friend of mine rent an apartment for this property agency, I dropped off the rent every month for my friend since I drive to Hartford every day, I offered my friend to drop off the rent. So I had interacted with one of the managers whom has been very rude and unprofessional, the staff is not very pleasant on welcoming people either, very tense, unprofessional and unfriendly environment. not looking to make anyone look bad, I work with the public for over 25 years and never had any complaints in regards to this type of situation. Some people need to be more aware of this situation, show professionalism, be more courteous and friend

Completely horrible place to live. Disgusting inside and out. Landlord doesn't take care of anything! Apartment had roaches and mice when I moved in. ( Didn't notice at first) I had to fumigate my apartment multiple times and still wouldnt get rid of them all because they wouldnt fumigate the building. I would have to call multiple times a week to get something fixed. For example my fridge broke and I had to wait a week for them to come and fix this. All of my food was ruined and they refused to replace this. Dont move here!!

Worst landlond ever. I live in NB apt complex. 18 apartaments and one (!) washing machine. One dryer. Mices all around place and manager is "aware of the problem". No parking. They just do not care. At all. I am moving out already and will complain to Department of Housing and Urban Development. Done with this place.

Worst landlord and can’t wait to get out of here! Love here before they bought the house for 6 years, as soon as the property got bought 8 people moved into a 3 bedroom place above us in the second floor and stomping, screaming, police came, verbal disputes within 40 days of new ownership.. horrible

Worst landlord/ company. Don't care about their tenants. Take extremely long to get things done. All they care about is the money. Horrible horrible horrible I do not suggest anyone to rent with them literally the worst company ever.
