I’ve lived here since September and it’s been top notch so far! The amenities are incredible. I have a studio apartment and it’s surprisingly spacious! Back when I was looking for possible apartments, Hailey provided me with a great tour, helped me find a unit that was in my budget, and was able to get me an ideal location. You can’t find another place that has this much to offer. Incredible value. If you’re in the market for an apartment, book a tour. You won’t regret it.

The Triple Crown is a Beautiful & Safe place to call home ! The Amenities are Amazing !! There is so much to enjoy in the building. It makes for a fun filled day when the grandkids visit. What you see on the web site is truly what this place looks like. Erin was my first contact with the Triple Crown and she was so kind and helpful. She listened to my needs and set me up accordingly with Annel my leasing agent. Annel is truly a amazing professional that listens to your needs. She was very patient showing me multiple units and answered all my questions. She made the entire leasing process fun and easy. I recently moved into The Triple Crown Residences at Canterbury, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartments are modern, well-designed, and very comfortable. The amenities are truly outstanding, including two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, spacious common areas, outdoor grilling and gathering spaces, event room rentals, a gated entrance, concierge service, garage parking, and a large gym with modern equipment. The property is also cleaned daily, which really shows in how well everything is maintained. I also want to give special recognition to Annel, who gave me a thorough tour of the property. Love love love living here! First place I’ve ever signed another lease. Patrick, Amber, Hailey, snd Dennis go above and beyond to make sure Triple Crown feels like home and meets all your needs. Extremely friendly staffing and are quick to address and resolve any concerns. I love my apartment on top of all the amazing amenities 😇 maintenance is also quick & have always had less than a 24 hour turn around once you submit your requests. Shoutout to Dylan & Bryan & the other maintenance crew for being so efficient!

If 0 stars were an option... I don't even know where to begin. I lived at the triple crown for about a year and a half. On the surface this is a lovely community. It has great amenities, beautifully upkept, nice (at first) staff and comes across as a great place to live. Then I lived there for a few months: between my fire alarms going off at all hours including during my at home work day (at several different periods while I was living there), my packages being stolen and management blatantly lying about it, management being incredibly rude to me every time I came in the office to ask about maintenance coming to turn off my alarms or the "missing" packages and Patrick being entirely unhelpful and rude throughout everything.
