Eagle Creek Townhomes

Great place to live! Our neighbors are nice and friendly. The property is maintained very well and that's important. The ladies in the office are pleasant and very kind and welcoming! Living here is also convenient, we're close to so many businesses. My only complaints are some tenants throw their trash on the ground around the dumpsters whether the trash dumpsters are full or not. Second, people driving fast and over the posted speed limit. I've almost been hit a few times due to speeding. Above all of this, it's been great living here so far. We plan to stay for a couple more years!

My old refrigerator was replaced with a new one. That was great! But, they left a note saying they would be back today to remove the old fridge. It is still in the middle of my kitchen. That made it difficult to make dinner for my guest, who had to help me by moving the fridge so I could get out things I needed. Not at all happy.

I live in Eagle Creek Townhomes and have been for the last 3 years. Throughout that time frame, I haven't had the slightest unpleasant experience whatsoever. To start with: The Staff (Virginia, Michelle, Paulette, Mike, and Vance) have been providing great, professional, and exceptional customer service. (Thank you guys.) The Homes are good, clean, and well taken care off. The snow is plowed quickly, maintenance is provided swiftly and parking lot is maintained smooth with updated paintings routinely. In short, I will give 5/5 tenant satisfaction to Eagle Creek Townhomes and its' team for accommodating me and my family such a pleasant stay. Thank you once again.

Eagle Creek Townhomes are very good and we really like them

Maintenance is very quick. Sidewalks are kept clean in winter. The only bad thing is that a few times I have had dirty snow snowblowed on my car and I was parked plenty far back enough from the curb. I reported it once but we didn't have enough snow last winter to have it happen again so I won't know if the problem is resolved until next winter. Staff in office is extremely nice and so are the Maintenance guys. Nice quiet place. Diverse people renting here and everyone is nice.
