Love my home! Friends and family have complimented me numerous times on the quality built and open layout of the Nicholas model. Louis and Kyle are great people to work with while your home is being built. Renee from customer care always responded quickly to my emails during the warranty period. Very satisfied customer.

After working with another builder for 2 months and seemingly not getting anywhere, we decided to have a talk with Louis at MI Homes at Valley Crest. By the time we left there, we were already way further ahead in the process for building our home. We left confident that he knew what he was doing and that the MI process was a well oiled machine. We had a hard timeline with our current rental and they did everything to help us close prior to that date. Louis was always informative and helpful. Throughout the build process, Kyle was our construction manager and definitely our advocate. He kept things moving and answered all of my questions throughout the build. Our building/buying experience with M/I homes was outstanding. Louis and Kyle were very informative. Both me and my spouse and my parents were building/selling/buying in Valley Crest at the same time. . .crazy I know. In the midst of it all, my dad passed away. What I needed at that time were considerate partners to help us navigate a very chaotic time. Louis and Kyle are impeccable professionals. That is to be expected. However, their compassionate approach to our collaboration made all the difference. They are the very best!

I enjoyed the home buying experience with the M/I Homes team at Valley Crest. I have been involved in real estate for many years and Louis and Kyle made it fun, easy, and were very organized. I love the location, so close to entertainment at Canterbury and Mystic Lake, with lots more entertainment options on the horizon.
