Indigo is the best! I can't say enough great things about her. She is always willing to help whenever we need anything whether it is answering general questions or handling maintenance requests, she consistently goes above and beyond. Her kindness and professionalism make living here a positive experience.

The Sixton is beautiful and well kept. Indigo is very personable, professional and punctual with all of our needs and lines of communication. She also does a great job organizing fun events that brings our community together. She definitely does a great job managing our property!

The Sixton is a great place to live. It is secure, clean and beautiful. The staff are all amazing, especially the Manager Indigo. She is always patient and goes above and beyond for all the residents, including monthly fun events and keeping the residents updated on everything going on in the building.

Indigo has been absolutely wonderful since even before we moved up here from NC. Its so refreshing to have a property manager that actually cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and healthy and feel safe. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Along with an amazing property manager, the complex is cozy and small. Our apartment is so cozy, the open floor plan is perfect and we even have a cute accent wall in the living room. The shared spaces are kept clean and the benefit of sharing a sidewalk with the grocery store is just an added bonus.

We absolutely love living here. We moved here from across the country and the property manager, Indigo, was incredibly helpful every step along the way. We feel very safe here and Indigo is always quick to resolve any issues we have. She's super kind and always available, and the apartments are very clean and have all the amenities you could want.
