The Towers at Four Lakes

I lived at the Towers at Four lakes for 2 full years. And I think sharing my experiences will be of value to someone. The Good: 1. Four Lakes is a beautiful community, the natural environment of trees and water features is unlike anything else you'll find in the adjacent suburbs without paying an arm and a leg. The community and building is quiet, and relaxing 2. Speaking from experience the studio/1bdrm apartments at this building are noticeably cheaper than what you might find shopping around. ~$1500-1650 is a bargain if you're trying to save. Free parking options, and affordable utilities. 3. The staff are attentive, and attempt to be helpful to your needs (for the most part). They never attempted to nickel & dime me during my time here, and if you'd prefer staff to stay out of your

Don't rent here. My Uncle, who is currently hospitalized from strokes, terminated his lease well before the required deadline of the end of January. We have copies of the notice and the SIGNED termination paperwork. Now they're telling us it wasn't done on time and they need to extend the lease. They thought they could scam an elderly man having a medical crisis. We have the proof. Receipts. We aren't stupid. We're calling our lawyers.

Not a tenant, but scummy practices need to be exposed!!! I reached out to Towers for a potential short-term lease as I am in-between places. On their website, no list of fees besides pet fees. On their listings on 3rd party sites, there is only the application fee and administrative fee (DUE AT MOVE-IN), but I know better. I reach out to them via phone and explain my situtation to them. I ask for a disclosure of the fees I would be responsible for in my situation. I was told that there is a $250 short-term fee, which can be reduced to $150 if I sign for 4 months instead of 3, and the pet fees. I was sent a link to the application the same day. I, of course, with all this new knowledge, do my due diligence and compare the price to the prices of my other options (hotels, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc

The leasing/building management team did an amazing job helping to find the perfect apartment! They were so helpful every step of the leasing and move in process and never seemed to get frustrated with all of our questions/concerns. The studio we found is the perfect "first" apartment for a young adult moving out of the family home. Thanks Melissa & Natalie for making a stressful process so much more manageable!

I've lived here for 4 years although & not perfect, its a tight wonderful community of people! I unfortunately will not be renewing because my fiancé & I have been able to save up & purchase our first home! These are just temporary homes so I'm confused by the negative comments. The Management & the girls in office always have smiles & with their willingness to always try to please us (I've overheard a lot over the years) and/or remedy anything/everything they can along with their positive attitudes which lets face it most people are not these days, they really make living here so much better. Old management really didn't help much at all. These are older buildings but I love & will miss my apartment, my community & the memories!
