I, as a homeowner, can not be more grateful to our new manager Jen who demonstrated besides excellent leadership qualities in difficult times at our condominium, superb interpersonal skills-I think there is nobody on this earth she could not find common language with. I have been recently working with David Conforti, our contact at the Country Homes Homeowners association of Lake Arlington Towne. He has been assisting me with an ongoing issue in my condo. Not only is David a pleasure to work with, he provides clear and informative direction as soon as it becomes available. David is extremely responsive. I own a property in Olive Tree Condos in Naperville, and he and his team have consistently addressed my tenants’ needs promptly. I’m grateful to have such a reliable caretaker for the condos. Most recently, David reached out regarding missing documentation for my rental unit and resolved the issue within an hour. Managing many units is not easy, and I truly appreciate the promptness and care he brings to his work.
