BMO Bank N.A Branches

I am so sick of BMO and their Zelle errors withholding my money for 3 days on a Zelle payment that was supposed to be in my account in minutes! Don’t not bank with BMO! They continuously withhold Zelle payments due to their own internal errors! You are stealing my money!! I have bills that were due yesterday, now my money is missing and will inquire late fees that BMO should be responsible for!

I don’t bank here and would not recommend it. Awhile back I needed quarters for laundry and this bank is the closest. I went to the ATM and took out $20 and of course had to pay the fee for not banking there. Went inside and they wouldn’t give me quarters. I get they don’t have to, but come on. Jewel has given me quarters before. The other day I went over there to get a money order. Walked up to the desk and asked the lady. A guy with dark hair (I believe he was Middle Eastern) barks “NO!”. If you google “Can I get a money order from any bank?”, the answers that come back all say that you can. I’ve been able to get them at other banks if I pay a fee. These people are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I feel sorry for their customers who use this branch.

After reading all the 1 star reviews about the customer service at this branch and services. I should have not bothered to visit this location. I would not recommend any one use the ATM here either. The ATM malfunctioned and did NOT give me my funds after hours. I returned to the bank as soon as they opened with evidence showing that the money was withdrawn from my account but cash was never dispensed. I was told I could not be assisted as they do not service the ATM and that because the account that was used was not BMO they wouldn’t be able to help me at all. Now I have to dispute the transaction and wait for my money to return. No accountability, unhelpful, inconsiderate.

I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff and management at this branch. I've recently called this location to get assistance over the phone and Jessica was very friendly and was able to address my request effortlessly. Although there is a BMO in Downers Grove, I am willing to drive a little bit further to Lisle and get their excellent customer service. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would - Let me first say, I was a customer for 8 years and 2 months. Now, Thursday, I did notice I was $2.90 short on payment. So at 9:50 CDT, I put a deposit in, for $100 cash via the ATM machine. I thought that would have taken care of my issue - and it should have. The next day, about 4 pm, I found that the one payment I was short was returned. I called the customer service line, where the "gentleman" and I use that term loosely, was uncooperative, indicating because I didn't deposit the money by 6 pm, it would count on next day's business. By the way, Chase bank, would have honored the deposit, as long as it was in by 10 pm.
