Four Lakes Village Apartments

There's a bar on the apartment grounds that plays music on Friday and Saturday until 2AM (sometimes other days during the week as well). Imagine getting through the work week just to have to deal with this loud bass drum that you can't get away from in your own home. Have called it in multiple times, no long-lasting results. People live here and they act like they're not a bar surrounded by apartments.

I love my apartment. Management has been amazing, work orders are done expeditiously and I have great neighbors in 5750. I see negative reviews and wonder if that was all before previous management. Anyway, I would recommend, at least for building 5750.

Four lakes is awful it really needs to be cleaned up and the trees need to be cut down and maintained it’s a hot mess through there. Also they need animal control because there are wild animals running around everywhere. Please get it cleaned up!! Nobody wants to live there in that mess!!

Overran with raccoons. Do not live here!!!

Owners and buyers be aware " Associa " , is running a scam , since 1-1-2023 gas is not included in HOA , and real estate agents or Associa representatives are not disclosing it .
