The Terraces at Fall Creek Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Terraces at Fall Creek. The units are beautiful, and the layouts are incredibly functional—they really make the most of the space. I was also impressed by their two-tier pricing system, which offers great flexibility. Plus, they are currently offering the 2nd month of rent free which is a huge help! Also, being zoned to such phenomenal schools is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend them!

I stopped by to get info on 2 bedrooms. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We went on a tour. Property was clean. The 2 bedroom model was very spacious and clean. The renovated units are really nice. I submitted my application. Thanks Terraces at Fall Creek

We moved in a little over two weeks ago. I was initially scared by the reviews I read after signing the contract. Had I read them first, we probably would have chosen a different apartment. However, after two weeks, it has been mostly peaceful. I’m giving it a 4-star rating for now due to a small issue we're experiencing, but if it gets resolved, I might change it to 5 stars. As for car break-ins, there haven't been any, despite the gate being open 24/7; it may depend on the location of your unit. Regarding parking, it has been great so far—no towing and no struggles finding a space so it's all good. About packages, hmmnn.. I did notice a package delivered to a neighboring unit that has been left unclaimed since moved in here until now, it might remain there until a new tenant arrives so

Literally had our ceiling leaking 4 times still haven't fixed it now our ac is out again for the second time in less than 2 months there's 2 elderly in the apartment and I'm 24 weeks pregnant also a child. They do not fix problems they just prolong them it is currently almost 80 degrees in our apartment and it's 10pm. Imagine during the day. Steer clear of these apartments it's sad the way they treat their residents

Macy the leasing agent was very helpful she was very knowledgeable about the complex. She broke all the prices down for each apt and make sure I had all the information needed before applying.
