The Summit Apartments

The apartments themselves are very nice to live in. Now the neighbors are a different story… Between people having parties in the garages at night and people coming in and out at all hours of the night(slamming doors) to be specific, the upstairs neighbors cutting their hair and throwing it off the balcony to come down to our balcony. I couldn’t eat, or sit on my balcony without the fear of someone’s possibly lice infected hair falling on me. Which took several weeks and multiple emails just to get a response from the office employees and to have them “talk” to them about it. Again very nice apartments to live in, now the trash does pile up every week, but it’s not their fault, residents of Coldwater stop in every other day and also drop their trash in our dumpsters. I just moved in last Friday and over the weekend im not sure what's up with the bad reviews the office staff are awesome I had an issue with the garages they were right on top of it their fixing my garage door tomorrow my 2 bed apt is so nice and spacious plenty of windows the kitchen is so more modern than my new manufactured home in ohio i give them a 5 star rating

My bf lived here and they are terrible. I don’t recommend at all! The trash piles up and there was literally a dead mouse outside by the stairs to an upstairs apartment. The management is terrible. They took my packages and didn’t give them to me and sent them back without telling us until months later and I lost the money I spent on them. They try to take as much money as they can know matter what it is. I don’t suggest it. They also complain about people spending the night but his neighbors have at least 10+ people staying in one small studio apartment?? There’s so much more I could say but I’ll leave it at that.

The staff is truly amazing. Apartment’s are spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. By far the best apartment complex in the area!

I never had a second pet. Your place is beyond ridiculous. I have photo proof of you guys having rats, the garbage not being taken out and over flowing all over the place. You guys run a pathetic apartment complex. I agree with your reviews online. You guys run that place like a dictator ship. Not to mention how many of my neighbors stomped, loud music, coming into my apartment when they aren’t supposed to, you maintenance guys coming in without asking or sending a notice. Leaving my doors open, roaches being in the apartment the week I moved in. You guys have problems to figure out before you should run a business.
