The roaches said they like it here... I, however, do not like roaches. If you don't like roaches, don't worry! Management will not tell you about them anyway. You'll have to find out about them either through the grape vine of other residents or when you're face to face with one lol (Apparently, they don't "legally have to"!?)

10 year+ resident. Never had pest issues previously, but our entire building (8 units) was scheduled for mystery "preventative pest maintenance" last week. Maintenance people would not confirm what it was for when asked. As it turns out, "preventative pest maintenance" is a euphemism for "cockroach infestation". The property manager did not inform ANY residents of the building that this "pest prevention" was for cockroaches, but she did take the time to consult with the company attorney to make sure she didn't have to disclose it to us. Bizarre. I certainly would have liked to have known before I found a roach in my apartment. Rent at your own risk. BEWARE!!! ROACHES!!! 😱🪳 Lynn (the property manager) said that she doesn't need to tell anyone, so I'm letting you know. They knew about the roaches, and CHOSE NOT TO TELL ANY OF THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!

We have lived here for 10 years. Lynn (Office manager)and Chad(Head maintenance) are amazing people and very helpful. The property is always kept up and clean. ❤️
