Coldwater Crossing

DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY LIVE HERE. Horrible place. Disgusting. Full of bed bugs. Management is horrible,and won't let my mother visit her mother. They threatened us with cops. Also Management is a huge waste of space. Not to mention you will die here. Ever since granny moved in like 6 people dies. It's the last stop,and it's just a place people send their relatives to die. Update,you can visit your family 14 times a year! That's 14/365 days in a year!

There are bedbugs endlessly and no one cares enough to do anything about it. Visiting my loved ones feels discouraged and I don't feel welcome in the building

Constant bed bugs, awful management, people living there dying constantly, them not allowing people to visit their family more than 14 times a year (going so far as to threaten people with police involvement if they want to exceed that) , etc. It's a wonder this place hasn't been shut down it should be criminal

I can’t ship anything to my brother that lives there without it being stolen. He parked his walker long enough to take groceries in grocery cart into his apartment. Someone took his walker. I am involving the CPD in upcoming inspections. It’s ridiculous how much theft happens there.
