Loomis Estates Apartments

Terrible place to live. My neighbors left threatening messages on my door more than once and their property manager did nothing about it. On top of that I had two animals approved to be there with me before they got a new manager and she ended up constantly harassing me about my animals and attempting to evict me for them. They do not have good maintenance either, I requested several things to be repaired and they never did. They never gave 24 notice to entering my apartment like they are supposed to and tried to forcefully enter twice. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to rent from them or their other locations personally. I gave a 30 day notice of moving because I was beyond done with the harassment from their own office person/manager and she told me I cannot do that, she will file f

There is a resident that is going around the internet, enticing people to come to the premises and enact violence. I'm sure you don't want this in your community. I'd like to speak to a representative to give the address and the name of the perpertrator because this young man is bringing bad attention to a good community. Bullying is wrong, and enticing someone to commit violence is illegal. So i would really like to speak to someone thank You.

We love living here! We feel its a safe and clean environment and Kim is one of the best landlords we've ever had! She's very helpful and understanding and makes sure this place stays clean and safe for everyone!

I love living here. Its nice, well maintained and peaceful. The manager here is awesome too. She makes sure everyone's good to go, and has fun little activities for the holidays. I wouldn't rate Loomis any less than a 5. I absolutely love it here.

This is Patty Roberts, I would like to say I am very pleased with the management, Kimberley is doing a fantastic job. The staff she has working for her, they also do a nice job as well. Very dependable and honest, I have to say I am very pleased with Kimberley and her staff.
