Just straight dishonest crooks who took advantage of a hard working single father. Never missed a payment and get treated this way is very unprofessional. I asked the manager to fix the bathroom 3 times that was previously messed up from previous tenants and got ignored. I even offered to fix it myself and now that I've moved out they are charging me for the repair. The paint job was terrible also because you could still see the blue from the previous tenant. Charging me to repaint the whole apartment. Yes I have children who were a little messy but not enough to warrant a 400.00 repaint bill. The carpet was matted also and yes after a year it got worse with daily living with children but now charged with 1500.00 recarpet fee for rooms that don't need it. They don't want to maintain the

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. If you want to rent an Apartment that hasn't been updated since 1990, and still being listed at market value, this place is for you. If you want your apartment manager to gaslight you over the placement of your Christmas decorations, despite being there to fix an appliance that they had no training in fixing, because they genuinely did not believe you knew how to work it, then this place is for you. Want to have a working heater in the dead of winter, so that you don't have to continue heating your apartment with the electric stove? Best of luck to you. My son and I just moved in April 9! We absolutely love the place so far. Laura was very kind and patient with us, came over to the apartment with us and showed us what light switches turned what on and off, showed us the closets and everything. Very pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to here!!!
